On January 25th, began the Major League of the 81st Georgian Men's Championship in the Tbilisi Chess Palace of Nona Gaprindashvili. (24.01-05.02.2022).

Organizer:       Georgian Chess Federation

System:           The championship is held according to FIDE rules in a round robin system of 11 rounds.

Time control:  90 minutes to the end with the addition of 30 seconds per move

Qualification:  FIDE rating is calculated in the tournament.
